One Month Anniversary Dinner Cruise

Saturday June 26th was Laura and my one month anniversary. Since I was getting a root canal done on Saturday, I booked a dinner cruise for Laura and me. We sailed out of Pier 81 through this company called World Yacht.  Our boat was called the Duchess.

The cruise was absolutely amazing.  Such a wonderful evening.  The wait staff was incredibly nice.  While we were waiting for our dinner we went to the top deck to take in the sites and our waitress came out to the top deck to find us and let us know that our dinner would be out in 5 minutes.  It was just an incredibly wonderful romantic evening, and couldn’t have thought of a better way to spend a Friday night with my girlfriend.

Mozzarella Stick Goldfish

These have by far got to be the greatest Goldfish crackers, ever. My mom picked these up the other day because they looked interesting and she wanted to try them. I am glad she did because they are AWESOME. They actually taste like real mozzarella sticks, not just mozzarella cheese. They have a hint of marinara sauce as well as the crunchiness of the breadcrumbs. I don’t mean the crunchiness of the cracker itself, but it seems as if they have little breadcrumbs on them to give it that extra little breadcrumb crunchiness. I think everyone who loves mozzarella sticks (even those who don’t) should try these because they are amazing.
